For further information about each wedding fayre click on the names above. All our Wedding Shows are FREE entry! We strictly cap categories at each wedding show. Book your exhibition stand and meet 100’s of brides and grooms this season looking to buy and research everything for their wedding!

Exhibition Stand Package:

Includes a 6ft trestle table or 5ft / 6ft round table or an 8ft space for your products/service and a plug if requested. Each exhibition stand has 1ft either side. At hotel wedding fayres a white table cloth is included (please note there is an extra charge for table cloths at our Town Hall wedding shows). When purchasing an exhibition stand you automatically have a listing in our programme and your flyers / products are also put into our goodie bags. 

The cost to exhibit:*

£130 - Wedding Fayres at the Holiday Inn, Mollington Banastre, Craxton Wood.

£140 - Wedding Show Spectacular at the Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa

 Book NOW and secure your exhibition stand and pay just a £65 or £70 deposit!!

*Exhibition stands are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis and we are unable to reserve stands. Bookings are only confirmed once your payment and booking form has been received. The final amount is due no later than one month before each wedding fayre date. You can view Red Event’s terms and conditions here.

Database Package:

Want to receive names and emails of brides wanting to receive information from you?

Purchase our database package! This will include a list of bride’s names and email addresses who have given their consent to be contacted by you. These brides will of either pre-registered for the wedding fayre or have attended on the day of our wedding fayre. The database will be sent to you later that week after the wedding fayre.

Cost: A one-off payment of £40 to be paid on acceptance of your booking form along with your deposit.

Website package:

Listing on our preferred supplier page includes image/logo, 50 words and a link to your website.

Cost: £30 per month. Book for a whole year and get two months free = £300!

Newsletter package:

Looking for more brand exposure? Have your business included in our email campaigns to our database of brides. Limited spaces available (maximum of 4 businesses per newsletter) includes an image /logo insert, 50 words and a link to your website.

Cost: £25 per newsletter***Introductory rate***. Want exposure all year round? Try our 12 month newsletter insert for £250 (includes a minimum of 16 inserts).

Flyer package:

Include your promotional items into our goodie bags.

Cost: £35 per wedding fayre.

Sponsorship package:

Season Sponsor (Headliner)
